Return Policy

STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. In the case of partial deliveries, the period begins upon receipt of the last item.

EXTENDED RETURN PERIOD

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant a voluntary 30-day return period for all items. This extended return period begins on the day you received the goods, or upon receipt of the last item in the case of partial deliveries. Currently, we only offer refunds; exchanges are not provided.

HOW TO RETURN THE GOODS

To return the goods within the statutory withdrawal period, please use the contact form on our website or send us a clear declaration of your wish to withdraw from the purchase agreement. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal via the withdrawal function ("withdrawal button") provided on our website. To process your return, we require the following information:

  • Your declaration that you wish to withdraw from the purchase agreement;
  • the ordered items, order date, and order number;
  • Your name and the email address used for the order.

Upon receipt of your notification, we will provide you with the return address. Please ensure that the goods are carefully packed. If possible, use the original packaging, provided it is stable and undamaged. If your order was delivered in multiple packages and you received a separate return slip for each package, please return the items in their respective packages so that the returns center can correctly assign the return. The return must be sent to the address provided by us.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (§ 357a BGB).

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

REFUNDS

The refund will be made without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal. We may refuse to issue a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

If you have not received a refund after this period, please contact us by email at: service@kwmobile.com, providing the following information:

  • Proof of delivery or shipment
  • Details of the returned items

We will attend to your request immediately.
