Orders & Shipping
We currently ship in UK only.
Shipping costs are already included in the price.
Standard delivery usually takes place within 3-5 business days after shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
We process orders very quickly. If you would like to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number by email at service@kwmobile.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to help you.

Returns & Refunds
You have the legal right to return your goods within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, upon receipt of the last delivery.
Extended Return Period
In addition to the statutory withdrawal period, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy for all items. This extended return period begins on the day you received the goods, or in the case of partial deliveries, upon receipt of the last item. Currently, we only offer returns and no exchanges.
To return the goods within the statutory period, please use the contact form on the website or send us an unequivocal statement of your wish to withdraw from the purchase agreement. In order for us to process your return, we need the following information:
- Your wish to withdraw from the purchase agreement
- The ordered goods, the order date, and the order number
- Your name and the email address you used for the order
Upon receipt of our confirmation, we will provide you with the return address. Please ensure that the goods are carefully packed and, if possible, use the original packaging if it is sturdy and in good condition. If you received your order in multiple packages and we provided you with a return label for each package, please note this and send the goods back in separate packages so that the returns center can correctly record the returns. Please send the return package to the address we provided.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling that was not necessary to check the nature, properties, and functioning of the goods.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you bear the shipping costs for the return yourself.
You will receive your refund within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof of return.
If this period has expired and you have not yet received a refund, please inform us by email at service@kwmobile.com with the following information, and we will get back to you immediately:
- Proof of postage / shipping
- Which item(s) you are returning
Payments, Taxes & Invoices
We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and popular local payment methods (e.g. Klarna/Pay Later, Apple Pay, Google Pay – availability may vary by country).
Yes, UK prices include VAT. The tax breakdown appears on your order confirmation and invoice.
Yes, of course. Simply enter your company details and – if available – your VAT ID number during checkout. Your invoice, including VAT, can then be found under My Account → Orders.
