Does the band fit the Watch 8 Classic 46mm too?

Yes: the Galaxy Watch 8 and the Watch 8 Classic 46mm share the same strap width, so every band fits both. That is not the case for the Galaxy Watch 4, 5, 6, 7 and FE, which use a different band connector and need their own band from that page.

Band types for the Galaxy Watch 8

For sport, there is the TPU band, plus a nylon fibre band. Anyone who prefers a watch-like look can choose the stainless steel band with a metallic finish, while the leather band gives a smarter look. Another version is a cotton scrunchie-style band, with an inner measurement of 14 to 19 cm.
